We have embraced the DTI’s initiative on local manufacturing and

are part of various incentive programs that the DTI offers to
improve competitiveness and create local employment. We have

become the DTI’s showpiece on the successful implementation of
this program and they regularly bring dignitaries to showcase the

company.

We are also a local training hub for the SETA where learnerships are

provided to train people in various manufacturing disciplines
within our respective industry. To date we have provided training
to over 130 learners and we have created 45 permanent positions

within our respective organisations.
