We utilise Pastel Evolution POS that integrate into our main accounting package.

The ability to integrate into EY’s ordering systems will require consultation with EY’s

IT department. It is imperative that on both sides of this equation that no system is

compromised and integration needs to be managed.

Online ordering systems are kept separated from our accounting package for

security purposes.

Our systems have the ability to create separate warehouses for different

customers. Even to the extent of segmenting warehouses for the same customer

thereby having multiple warehouses. The stock management system controls all

movement of stock and it’s linked to our procurement and invoicing systems.

Income statement and balance sheet ledgers are maintained on the same
system and all financial reporting is at our fingertips.

All inventory and sales movement is controlled by the same system. These reports
are part of business as usual and reported on monthly.
