NANO4LIFE for porous surfaces is instantly ready to apply. As an application
method spraying with particular spraying devices are recommended. Best results
were realized by using HVHP nozzles. These nozzles enalbe a very small droplet
size. Working on substrates which are recently formed and still damp is also
possible.

Industrial Spraying Devices:

The amount of nozzles (about 2-4) are depending on the width of the substrate. The
width should be coverd completely by the jet of spraying. Two or three nozzles are
sequentially placed each in a distance of 30-50cm (depending on absorbancy). Thus
the penetration of NANO4LIFE for porous surfaces will be delimited and an optimal
effect is obtained with a minimum of consumption.

Manual Spraying:

The manual sprinkled areas are considered to work on in 2 processes (wet in wet).
Depending on porosity of the substrate the procedure has to be repeated.
In case of large areas, spraying should proceed in every square meter. Right after
the first contact NANO4LIFE for porous surfaces is taken in through the pores of
the surface. The same area should be sprinkled in a second process after 2-5
minutes. Often a developing of pearls can already be observed on the substrate. A
forming of paddles should be avoided in any case.

Additional Application Methods:

Besides spraying it is also possible to dip, brush or spread it with a roll of lambskin. In
this case usually an increasing consumption must be calculated.

Cure Times:

Few minutes after applying NANO4LIFE for porous surfaces has stabilized so it
can be walk on with clean and soft footgear. The entire cure is reached after 24 up to
48 houres (ambient temperature 20°C). Depending on ambient temperature the cure
temperature may differ.

Storage Temperature:

From + 4 °C To + 30°C
From –10°C To + 30°C possible on request

Consumption:

The consumption depends on the absorbency of the substrates and differs between

30-200ml/m². Relating to that, areas of 5m² up to 30m² and more can be covered

with only 1 liter.
