EXTRA, EXTRA!

Integrated Security Solutions, Inc. is managing, coordinating, installing and maintenancing multiple projects
around the world. We will focus on the Bavaria, Germany project. Specifically the Cybersecurity and the Infor-
mation Technology that was tested. We will also look at the personnel involved and how they were able to over
come some of the issues that have encountered since ISS won this contract.

So, let’s look back to when ISS won this contract. For ISS this was the first overseas contract were we could not

employ our own technicians. We were able to contract a couple of men who were very familiar with the area and
had infact been working at the locations the contract covered. Mr. Greg Marciniak Jr. and Mr. Carey Sparks, have
stepped into this contract with amazing effciency and percision.

Recently, Mr. Nic Feisthamel, IT Department Manager, traveled to Bavaria,
Germany. He started the Cybersecurity portion of the Maintenance & Ser-
vice (M&S) for Bavaria. While there he was able to assist with critical issues
that were encountered with these systems. While completing his portion
of the Cybersecurity Maintenance & Sustainment (CSMS), Mr. Feisthamel

was able to bring the aging system up to a more stable functional status.

While all this was going on, Mr. Marquis Laude and Ms. Whitney Barr joined the USACE personnel in Bavaria
       for a status tour.

They met with the Huntsville personnel, onsite Army personnel, and our two on-site

       technicians.

During the first meeting they went through the contract ensuring that the customer is
satisfied with the work that ISS is performing. As the meeting continued discussions
of when the procure and install portion was going to take place. This Task Order
(TO) was not awarded or funded at this time. Mr. Carey Sparks and Mr. Greg Mar-
ciniak (ISS Technicians), walked us through the sites in Garmisch and Grafenwoehr.
The visit personnel were able to assess the issues and address any that were simple
fixes. From this, they now have a clear understanding of what Greg and Carey are

       dealing with onsite.

While on-site the ISS team was also able to make contact with subcontactors and potential future partners in
Germany. We are all excited for ISS’s future in Germany!
