Pappamondo

The tropical island of Italia in Miniatura to discover the colorful
world of parrots in all their exotic beauty.

In a path of luxuriant vegetation, adults and children can admire
and get to know the habits and lifestyles of different specimens of
Parrots, coming from Central and South America, Asia, Africa,

Australia and Oceania.

For the little ones, there will be the Pappanursery: the research

center where the growth of small psittacines is studied, from the
incubation of the egg to weaning, to observe their growth and
progress, witness the sprouting of the first feathers and the first

attempts to feed. , under the watchful eye of the experts.

With the Pappamondo Italia in Miniatura he promotes the

recovery project of the rarest parrot in the world: the Spix Macaw
(Cyanopsitta spixii), an extinct animal in the wild of which only
about 80 specimens remain in captivity.
