Process and Approach

the unique needs of our clients, while also utilizing our destination knowledge and strong supplier

Once the program is meticulously crafted, it is handed over to our operational account managers —logistical
masterminds who excel in overseeing the execution of every detail. They navigate the complexities of program
operation with finesse, utilizing their logistical expertise to manage resources, timelines, and unforeseen challenges.
While the Account Executive remains involved, the Account Manager takes the lead in executing the program to
ensure a cohesive and seamless experience. Through their dedicated efforts, clients can trust that their program is
in capable hands, allowing them to focus on the bigger picture while we take care of the intricate operational details.

Hello! has made an ongoing investment in developing the infrastructure and business processes that set

efficiently and to maximize our ability both internally and externally to communicate on behalf of our clients.
• DMCpro - Our proprietary software captures all the relevant aspects of our business and is accessible to
each member of our team to see exactly where a program is, at any given time.
• Priority Timeline - Tracks important dates and tasks to ensure deadlines are communicated early and met.
• Program Recap - Generated for all programs and distributed to clients and hotel partners to communicate
all details and logistics to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Internal “pre-” pre-con – Conducted with teammates and leaders prior to hotel and client pre-cons to review
and troubleshoot all aspects of program services.
• 9 Steps of Execution - Internal checklist that is the operational foundation for off-site events.
• Production Schedules - Detailed set and strike timelines for creative design events.
