October 22, 2021, day one for Toledo Police Academy Class 68. The cadets will go through a grueling 31 weeks of
training. The training will test them physically and mentally. Unfortunately, not all of the cadets will make it through.
Historically, a few cadets will drop out of the process of transitioning from civilian to sworn officer.
