   Tonto Bars Hank, a grandson of Three Bars who traces back to Himyar through Luke McLuke.
 was the first stakes winner and Champion sired by Little Request, but he wasn’t the last. There was Champion Silver Beau and Hy Request, a stakes placed runner that was the 1965 Champion Three-Year-Old Gelding. Both El Diablito and Hy Request were out of daughters of Joe Reed II.
The true contribution of Little Request
is through his daughters. He was the sire
of 142 dams with 953 foals, 592 starters,
368 ROM, 30 stakes winners and 35 stakes placed runners. These foals have earned $4,421,483. His leading contributor is Miss Assured, the dam of Streakin Six. This mare was a stakes winner by Little Request. She
had 19 starts with two wins, two seconds and one third. She won the 1964 Los Alamitos Thanksgiving Stakes and was a finalist in
the Pacific Coast QHA Spring Futurity, Las Ninas Handicap and Inaugural Handicap. Her other foals include: Assured Copy, winner of the Las Ninas Handicap, Juvenile Stakes and PCQHRA Futurity; and State of Mind, winner of the Coors Distributor Derby.
Streakin Six was the winner of the 1979 Rainbow Futurity-G1 and 1980 New Mexico State Fair Stakes on his way to earning $473,937. He is the sire of horses that have earned $17,249,896 with 859 starters, 663 ROM and 75 stakes winners. His stakes winners include Champions Sixy Chick,
    Barquest, who are out of own daughters of Three Bars. The last one we will show here is Miracle Request, whose maternal grandsire is Tonto Bars Hank, a grandson of Three Bars.
Little Request sired good runners from an assortment of broodmare sires. This includes the stakes winners 1959 Champion Two- Year-Old Gelding Silver Beau. He was out
of Miss Teal by an unregistered horse named Lightning by Joy and her dam was a daughter of Midnight Jr. Cocktail Susie was the third stakes winner sired by Little Request and
she was out of Miss Drifty by Driftwood, a match racehorse and an outstanding rope horse that at one time was owned by the Nichols that owned Clabber. El Diablito
