                                 Feast, a stakes winner in the Blue Ribbon Downs Thanksgiving Allowance and the All Distance Champion Series #1. He was sired by Feast, a Thoroughbred son of Roman
by Sir Gallahad III. The dam of Leo Feast was Kay Cindy Leo, a full sister to the great Palleo Pete, the 1954 AQHA Champion Two-Year-Old Colt and Champion Stallion. They were sired by Leo and out of Osage Star Lady by Osage Star.
The dam of Sweet Feast was Cherry Sweet by the Thoroughbred Custus Rastus. Cherry Sweet was an AA/ROM runner. She was out of Cherry Chub by Chubby Chub by Chubby. The dam of Cherry Chub was Ruthie McCue by King McCue. Cherry Sweet was the dam of five ROM runners with two stakes winners. The second stakes winner was Cherry Zip, winner of the Dixie Downs Futurity.

First Down Dash was purchased as a yearling at the Phillips Ranch Sale in 1985 by Millie Vessels. He was bred by the partnership of B. F. Phillips Jr. and A. F. “Sonny” Stanley. First Down Dash is the all-time leading sire of racing money winners with foals that
have earned over $85,000,000. The leading money winner sired by First Down Dash
is Ocean Runaway, winner of $1,642,498. Ocean Runaway is out of Runaway Wave by Runaway Winner by Beduino.
First Down Dash was sired by Dash For Cash, who was bred by the partnership of
B. F. Phillips, Jr .and the King Ranch of Kingsville, Texas. Dash For Cash was sired by Rocket Wrangler by Rocket Bar. Rocket Wrangler was out of Go Gala Go by Go Man Go. Dash For Cash was out of Find A Buyer, a Thoroughbred mare from the King Ranch. Her sire and dam were To Market and Hide And Seek. Hide and Seek was sired by Alibahi, a son of Hyperion. First Down Dash was out of First Prize Rose by Gallant Jet by Jet Deck. The dam of First Prize Rose was Rose Bug by Lady Bug‘s Moon.
