Admiral Tom ApHC (Red Storm Cat QH-Eyesa Knockout) finished in second
for owner Gary Vaughan and trainer Luis Villafranco. Eugenio Navarrete, Jr., did
the riding. The colt has three second place finishes this year in the Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1, Speedhorse Graham Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 and Victoria Ennis Memorial.
El Fargo APHA (CRM Livewire-Make No Shadows) finished in third for Robin Haggard. Trained by Matt Whitekiller, the gelding had Cody Smith aboard. He finished third in the Speedhorse Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1, fourth in the American Paint Classic Futurity-G1 and a finalist in the Speedhorse Graham Paint & Appaloosa Futurity-G1 earlier this year.
Tightwire APHA (CRM Livewire- Biker Babe), Teejus Livin ApHC (Cartel Success QH-Boppin Js Fastball), JS Prairie Chicken APHA (SF Royal Quick Flash- Imachickenkicker), Cap Attack APHA (Capo De Capi QH-Takin On Judy), Eysa Separatist APHA (Separatist QH-Eye Opening Chick) and JS Flashing Lajolla APHA (SF Royal Quick Flash-Linda Lajolla) completed the field. The Last Union scratched.
