Ontario Sires Stakes Derby

After finishing a distant eighth in her stakes debut, Elenorr came back more than two years later on the same track and scored her first-ever stakes victory, winning the $51,760 Ontario Sires Stakes Derby at Ajax Downs on Sept. 2.
Under Cassandra Jeschke, she broke well from the inside starting gate, led by 3/4-length at the first call, and widened her advantage to 1 1/4-lengths
by the time she reached the stretch to cross the wire with the same lead. They completed the 350 yards in :17.710 for a 97 speed index
The filly now holds four wins in eight lifetime starts. This marked her second career stakes attempt. She made her debut at that level on Aug. 13 of last year in the Ontario Sires Stakes Futurity, finish-
ing well out of contention in that race after she was bumped and lost her lane.
Elenorr brought home the $20,704 winner’s share of the Ontario Sires Stakes Derby purse, boosting her cumulative earnings to $46,557. She is owned and trained by Scott Reid.
Reid bred the filly out of 4-time winner Squincheyes, dam of 2 starters/winners, including Albertt, who was 2nd in the 2017 Alex Picov Memorial Championship. Elenorr is her first stakes winner.
Chase This Yawl (Mr Jess Tex-Ms Mollie Malone) was 2nd under Brian Bell for owners, DK Training Centre & Richard Wincikaby and trainer Don Reid. Fastest qualifier Smoakn Gun (Iced N Oak-Jamies Gotta Gun) & Cory Spataro were 3rd for owner Stephanie Keeble & trainer Greg Watson. Followed by Junoimzoomin (Junos Back-Jessshazoom), Zoomin Special Angel (Mr Jess Tex-Zoomingly), Firing Red Jess (Mr Jess Tex-Easily Holland), Hellfires Mistress (Fire Finder-Cotton Country), Hanover Hill Sugar (Make Out Artist-Secret Sugarwoman), Chilleh Pepper (Iced N Oak-Zoomin Hot) & Too Much White (Fire Finder-Gotta Blazin Body).

You N How Many More scored his second stakes win in the $15,000 All American Quarter Horse Congress Maturity at Belterra Park on Sept. 16.
The colt broke in third from the 4-post under Leonel Bolanos. The pair quickly worked their way to the lead, crossing the wire 1-length in front.
They completed the 440 yards in :22.098, post- ing a 96 speed index.
Owned and trained by Gustavo Almanza Jr., You N How Many More brought home the $9,000 win- ner’s share of the purse, boosting his total lifetime earnings to $413,061 and he now has a race record of 16-5(2)-2(1)-2. The gelding was a finalist in the 2013 All American Futurity-G1.
This victory marked You N How Many More’s first start since 2016 and first victory since winning the 2012 Hobbs America Futurity-G2.
KH Logax Inc. bred You N How Many More out of 3-time winner Miss Quick Houston, half-sister to New Mexico State Fair Senorita Stakes-RG3 runner- up Banco Rapido Too. She was a finalist in the 2003 Shue Fly Stakes-RG1 and the 2014 Zia Derby-RG3. Miss Quick Houston has produced 100% money earners from five starters, including West/So. West Hi-Point Three-Year-Old Filly Black Storm Regard, who finished third in the 2012 Desert Classic Futurity.
BP Tres Seis Policy (Tres Seis-CC Policy) was second under Gabriel Lagunes for owner Bill Price and trainer Randy Haffner. The mare was second in last year’s All American Quarter Horse Congress Maturity.
Anniegetyourcigar (Rare Cigar-Shes Gone Yawl) and Ruben Cacho were third for owner Peggyann Kent and trainer Justin Keiser.
One Dashing Lite (One Dashing Eagle-Strobe Lite), Sheza Lethal Dash (Heza Fast Dash-Lethal Cash), Ask Buster (Prime Talent-Dashing For A Dream) and Kent Cartel (Carters Cartel-Shes Gone Yawl) completed the order of finish.
All American QH Congress Futurity
BEAUS COUPE

In his first race ever, Beaus Coupe made it to
the winner’s circle in the $15,000 All American Quarter Horse Congress Futurity at Belterra Park on
Sept. 16.
Under jockey Fernando Morin, Beaus Coupe
broke from the 3-post and got the first call. The team fell into second for a moment by as much as 3-lengths in the stretch, but regained the lead to cross the wire 3/4-length ahead.
They completed the 350 yards in :17.142, posting a 108 speed index.
Beaus Coupe brought home the $9,000 winner’s share of the purse for owner Rosa Arevalo and trainer J. Arevalo.
Lucas Racing Inc. bred Beaus Coupe out of lightly raced Bouquette, full sister to Champion Three-Year-Old Filly Cash For Kas and half-sister to Memorize, who was fourth in the 1997 All American Futurity-G1. The colt is her first starter from three foals.
Beaus Coupe’s second dam is Fleur De Coup, who was third in the 1991 Woody Lawlis Classic Stakes and Suwannee Belle Stakes. She has produced 100% money earners from 14 starters, including 4-time stakes winner Streakin Kas and stakes winner Marlin Bay.
Fast Layne (Ivory James-All About Jessie) was in second place under Leonardo Rodriguez for owner Campos Family Ventures LLC and trainer Victor Olivo.
Six Packin Eagle (Regal Eagle-Six Packin Hero) and Natasha Fritz finished third for owner/trainer Bart Sachleben.
Hopeful Success (Cartel Success-Hopeful Suspect), Game Phoebe (Phoebe Dynasty-Blame Game), Apollosecret (No Secrets Here-Apollonea TB) and RJT Queenwithacorona (Mighty Corona- Thoughtofasqueen) completed the order of finish.
