Realtai communications strategy
Introduction.
The outlined communications strategy will give clarity of purpose to Realtai’s
communications approach to market and sets out a framework for how Realtai’s
communication activities will be managed over the next 18 months.
It aims to give direction to Realtai’s communication activity and to ensure that
communication between Realtai and its stakeholders is planned, coordinated and always
appropriate to its intended audiences.
Realtai will aim to keep its communications clear and simple and will use the most
appropriate channels of communication to reach its intended audiences and stakeholders
including charity retail organisations, umbrella bodies, social housing providers, media,
community partners, employees and government.
The strategy provides a framework into which detailed actions from your communications
partner, FBF Communications, will be added as part of the action plan. The key is to deliver
a workable document that can be easily referred to and assist in the implementation of
measureable actions and outputs. It outlines the main communication objectives of Realtai,
the main target groups identified, the messages that will be communicated to the target
groups and the channels that will be deployed.
The document ends with an overview of methods for evaluation of the strategy and a
timeline for an initial 8-month rollout of activity to support launch, market entry and
exposure to audiences.
