DIGI DI-20/28
1. On the DI- 20 Jumper JP-2 must be enabled on the main board
2. Press and hold the rezero button then press the up button to the right of the
tare button then press tare twice
3. Scale displays the scale increments, adjust with arrow keys or accept and push
rezero
4. Enter the capacity of the scale push rezero
5. Enter the calibration weight you will use to cal push rezero cal 0 appears
6. push rezero with nothing on scale cal sp appears
7. add calibration weight and press rezero then press tare to exit
DIGI DC-60
1. Remove cassette and reveal the 3 position dip switch
2. Move switch into the center position
3. Select scale to calibrate using the scale button
4. Turn key to program
5. Press and hold rezero while pressing 8715 release rezero
6. Empty scale and push rezero
7. add calibration weight and enter value then push enter
8. turn key back to operate move switch back to original position
DIGI DC-150
1. Press [CLEAR] key. MAINTENANCE MODE
2. Enter [1] [4] [2] while pressing [RE-ZERO] key then release.
3. Press [ ∗ENTER] key.
4. Press [ UNIT WEIGHT→] key.
5. Press [∗ENTER] key. S1 means Scale One SC means Scale Capacity C
means Calibrated Known Weight
6. Press UNIT WEIGHT key until cursor is under Quantity then press ENTER
7. Press CODE/RETRY to adjust zero to 30000 Counts
8. Press REZERO to set Span Count to 0
9. Place weight, adjust using UNIT WEIGHT and TARE keys
10. Remove weight and press REZERO
11. Place weight again and repeat 9 and 10 until weight is correct then press
ENTER
12. Press REZERO then ENTER then AUTO/MANUAL
