CAS AP-1

1. Remove cal bolt on rear of scale, flip cal switch to left.
2. Put platter on scale.
3. Apply power, Flashes CAL three times, then goes blank.
4. Press the 3 key and then the C key.
5. Once the display reads “LoAd” put the full cap. of weight on the platter and

press the C key.
6. Once the scale goes blank, remove all weights from the platter.
7. Press the “0” key.
8. The scale will show “Err 2” or go to zero.
9. Unplug the scale, slide the cal switch to the right and replace bolt.
10. Test the scale.

CAS BW

1. Open head assembly, remove bolts, press cal button while turning on scale
2. Press TARE, then KG/LB
3. Press KG/LB then KG/LB then KG/LB
4. CAL 5, is calibration mass, press KG/LB
5. “ULOAD”, unload scale and press KG/LB
6. “LOAD”, Load scale and press KG/LB
7. “END”, “SET”, scrolling message, turn scale off then on

CAS 15M28 and 15EX28

1. Slide cal switch
2. Press and hold the 1 key while turning scale ON
3. Press the 3 key and the C key
4. Load scale and press C key
5. Scale goes blank, remove weight and press 0

CAS CST3

1. Press cal switch and turn scale on
2. Press HOLD repeatedly until “ULOAD”
3. Press HOLD key, “stabile” then “LOAD”
4. Load full cap then press HOLD
5. “END”, press cal switch

CAS D series (old)

1. Slide cal switch, plug in scale
2. Press ON, “UNLOAD”
3. Press ON
4. “LOAD”, Load capacity and press ON
5. Display goes blank, remove weights and press OFF
