Graduates of JHCSC,

This graduation ceremony marks a pivotal moment – not just
for you, but for the future of Mindanao and the ASEAN region. You,
the graduating class of 2024, are the JHCSC’s genuine response to the
challenges of the Industrial Revolution and Glocalization. As the Vice
President for Academic Affairs, I take immense pride in the well-

rounded education you’ve received. Our focus has been on preparing
you to not only compete, but to excel in the dynamic ASEAN
community.

JHCSC’s core thrust – preparing students for the global stage –
is reflected in your curriculum. It is designed to cultivate critical
thinking, technological expertise, and a deep understanding of
diverse cultures. Armed not only with knowledge (K), but also with
the right Attitude (A), essential Skills (S), and positive Habits (H) –

the KASH, we hope to see you thread amidst life’s unrelenting
demands. These are the very tools you will need to navigate the
interconnected world we live in.

As you embark on this exciting new chapter, remember, your
JHCSC education is just the beginning. Embrace the challenges and
opportunities that lie ahead, and use your KASH to make a
meaningful difference in the ASEAN region and beyond.

Go forth, future-ready graduates, and as you sail to stranger
