Customer : Hello, I want to make a complaint.
Assistant : Oh, dear. What’s the problem?

Customer : I ordered some pots three weeks ago. Your website says the delivery
                        takes five days, but I’m still waiting!

Assistant : I’m very sorry about that. Can I take your name and the order
                        number, please?

Customer : Yes, it’s Zahraa Said, and the order number is 3-4-4-5-3-8.

Assistant : Yes, you ordered 50 pots for delivery to Kenya, is that right?
Customer : That’s correct.
Assistant : I’ll call the delivery company and ask them what the

                        problem is. Can I take your phone number, please?
Customer : Yes, it is 254667578. Can you call me back today, please?

Assistant : Of course.

Customer : Thank you. Goodbye.

Assistant : You’re welcome. Goodbye.
