Three broad sentiments were prominently expressed as important for programming interventions to facilitate economic

transformation (See Figure 3 below). They are (a) projects/project management, (b) overcoming challenges related to sustainability,

project delays, project phasing, project selection and project implementation, and (c) the importance of government.
