Education, build-operate-transfer issues, project selection and implementation, insufficient state of port, electricity and broadband

infrastructure and broader economic challenges were the most expressed sentiments on the constraints to private sector development.

Figure 5 below goes further and illustrates the specific infrastructure constraints that the participants felt were holding back economic

transformation in The Gambia.
