• Children selling in streets and markets (child labour)
• Discrimination of women in public spaces
• Soil intrusion and acidity (challenge to farmers); processing, preservation and storage
• Unavailability of processing, storage facilities and agricultural implements/No agricultural interventions by FAO or
other partners in the region
• Children idleness and budget allocations are affected as a result of COVID19
• Significant reduction in Remittances from the diaspora as a result of lockdowns

• MRC Holland Foundation is building schools in number of communities in WCR
