New Xinos and Kudos Initiation: November 23, 2019
This was held at the Lawton Street Community Center where 5 Xinos and 1 Kudo had the traditional ceremony
followed with a reception for the candidates and family members.

Thanksgiving Baskets for Needy Families: November 23, 2019
The Kudos of the Beta Iota chapter donated and helped to organize the baskets full of food for various families to

receive for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Movie Night Out: November 26, 2019
This was a fun night out where we enjoyed the movie Harriet. Attendance: 6 Xinos: 3 Kudos: 1 Sorors:2

Buchtel High School Project Grads Breakfast with Santa: December 7, 2019
This was a fun and educational activity for the community. Children were able to play and make arts and

crafts and meet Santa.
Attendance: 400 plus Xinos:4 Kudos:1 Sorors: 8

Lawton Street Community Center with the Sisters and Brothers Clubs Breakfast with Santa:

December 21, 2019
This was a fun filled day with Santa. Children and parents were able to have fun playing games, making
arts and crafts and receiving free hats and gloves and two or three free toys for every child that
attended.

Attendance: 300 plus Xinos 5 Kudos: 1 Sorors: 2

Reading Across NSPDK at various elementary schools:November and December
During the Months of November and December the Xinos and Kudos visited various elementary schools
weekly to read to the classes.
