Description of the Activity: Informational Meeting

Informational Meeting held Saturday, November 9, 2019 to invite perspective new members to join
our organization. Current Xinos and Kudos members spoke about their feelings being a part of the

organization, the type of activities, service projects and conference activities to perspective
members.

Description of the Activity: On Thursday, November 28, 2019 Thanksgiving morning, we volunteered
delivering Meals on Wheels from St. Moses the Black Catholic Church on Oakman at 1ith Street.
Everyone arrived by 8am and we delivered 30 meals to various seniors’ homes. Volunteer service was
completed by 10:30 a.m.

Description of the Activity: The Kudos Pledgee met for 6 sessions throughout the month of
December 2019 where the pledgee and the current Xinos/Kudos got to know each other and learn
more about the history, mission and purpose of the youth group. Sorer Carmen Carpenter came to
two sessions to help the youth learn their club songs.

Description of the Activity: On January 4, 2020, Chi Chapter Kudos initiated one new member

to their brotherhood. Two Sorors were present to welcome our new member along with 5 HUB
parents.
