        Target Points:
               1. Share events that your chapter sponsored or attended throughout the year that reflect the
               African American experience or honor local African American sheroes/heroes.
               2. Applaud your efforts to inform the community of contributions by African Americans to society
               because African American History is 24/7, 365/366, EVERYDAY!
               3.  Use photographs, programs, newspaper articles, to document the event(s). We must
               document our history to assure that the true story is told.

        What has the Region accomplished in its entirety?

           Mu

           The program explored the significant contributions of the Tuskegee Airmen, the Buffalo soldiers and
           the 54th Regiment. Retired Tuskegee Airman Pilot 2nd Lt. Lawton Wilkerson was presented  a
           recognition  award. Crete-Monee High School’s ROTC Drill team  performed a  military style step
           routine tribute.

           Tau

           Tau had members that participated in the Annual Kwanzaa Festival at the Central Library. They also
           volunteered and facilitated the Democratic Candidates at the Urban League Convention; Assisted in
