Please can you list any potential asbestos containing materials? – Please see the Asbestos section earlier in the
report.
Are there any signs of subsidence? – There is some repaired cracking to a section of brickwork at the rear of the
property, however, the brickwork does not appear to have dropped and the cracking has not recurred. The roof tiles
above the party walls to all properties in this short terrace are slightly proud, however, this is more likely to represent
settlement rather than subsidence.
