Boundary Walls & Fencing
Post and rail boundary to front Timber panels with concrete posts Timber panels
Rear access gate Chain-link fencing above rear wall.
Details / Defects / Issues: At the time of the inspection no visible defects were observed.
The front boundary with the public footpath is open to facilitate off street parking and the boundaries either side are
formed with low concrete posts spanned with timber boards.
At the rear of the property there is a timber panelled fence to the right hand side which has concrete posts and is in
fair condition and a tall timber fence to the left hand side which is less sturdy but in serviceable condition. The back
boundary is formed by the brick walls of the outbuildings and has a tall lockable timber gate providing rear access.
Unfortunately the gate key was not available at the time of the inspection.
There is high level chain-link fencing with metal bars installed above the rear boundary wall and gate which returns
along the ends of the shed to further secure the rear garden.
Your legal adviser should confirm ownership and responsibility for maintenance to the boundaries.
