Star ng in 2017, many employers will be required to electronically
submit the summary f injuries and illnesses to OSHA.
Severe Injury Repor ng
Employers must report any
worker fatality within eight
hours and any amputa on, loss
of an eye, or hospitaliza on of
a worker within twenty-four hours. You can report this online or by phone.
