2. IMPLEMENTATION

 The Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) of units in the admin &
financial services of the institution and Individual Performance Commitment
Review (IPCR) monitoring tool of all employees in the University

The OPCR of the Campus is a consolidation of the OPCR of units in the
administrative and financial units of the Institution uploaded in G.I.3.

The Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR), performance monitoring tool,
of all Service Units in the Institution.

OPCR Form 1. is used by Delivery Units. Per University President Memorandum No.
70-2018, Potia Campus is considered as one delivery unit. The form is standardized
ISO enrolled.
OPCR Form 2. is used by Service Units (College Deans)

IPCR Form 1 is for faculty members with or without designation.
IPCR Form 2 is for non-teaching personnel

A table of reference is provided for performance indicators. It is regularly updated and
uploaded in the IFSU website for easy access of all employees.

Instructions and procedural guidelines are all in the last part of the forms.
