3. OUTCOMES

 The programs, projects, and activities of IFSU as shown in its website
http://www.ifsu.edu.ph shows that the Strategic Development Plan is
congruent with the institution’s VMGO as well as the local, regional; and
national development goals and agenda.
 The smooth flow of operations of every department in the organization
manifests good planning.

4. BEST PRACTICES

1. Leaderships initiative to regularly monitor and update the University Strategic
Development Plan and the conduct a mid-plan review to conform with changing
times.
2. Strategies updated were to conform with the RBSPMS framework with detailed
Monitoring and Evaluation Plan and a budget reform.
3. The initiative to standardize the performance indicators of offices and individuals
by developing Tables of Reference as a result of cascading the logical
frameworks. For year 2021, the updated table of reference was released and
uploaded in the IFSU website for easy access of all employees.
