The process of implementation of the Strategic Development Plan.
The implementation of the Strategic Development Plan is through the RBSPMS.
The RBPMS uses a comprehensive framework that cuts across several
performance management levels. It defines various levels of achievements from
individual, then collectively to bureau and organizational level, which together
lead to different sectors that ultimately impacts the society. Through RBPMS,
every individual employees of the government can see himself/herself in the
workplan to achieve societal goals. The issuances of the University President
serve as a guide in the implementation, such as the following:
1. Office Order No. 8-2015, Guidelines for the Implementation of the University
SPMS and Timeline thereof for 2015.
2. Office Order No. 14-2015, Revised List of Delivery Unit for PBB and
Amended Procedure in the Submission of OPCR and IPCR.
3. Office Order No. 18-2015, Organization of development Plan Task Force and
Planning Secretariat for the Mid-Plan review and University Performance
Planning, and Composition Thereof.
4. Office Order No.15-2016, New Set of Delivery Units for Performance
assessment and Management for FY 2016.
Implementation of the Strategic Development Plan starts with the target setting.
