 The process of development of the Strategic Development Plan.

 In 2003, the 8-Year Development Plan (2003-2011) of the Ifugao State College
of Agriculture and Forestry was formulated, setting a new vision, mission, goals
and objectives of the College.
 In 2009, the 5-Year Development Plan (2009-2014) was formulated.
 In 2012, the IFSU Strategic Plan was crafted.
 In May 10, 2012, the Strategic Development Plan 2010-2014 was re-assessed
and revised to address the new directions of the Philippine Development Plan
2011-2016, the Higher Education Reform Agenda and the Roadmap to Public
Higher Education Reform 2011-2016.
 On December 2015, the Strategic Development Plan was updated to
accommodate important updates such as Gender and Development
mainstreaming initiatives (CMO No. 1-2015, RA9710), and to integrate in the
planning framework of the University the elements of performance-informed
budgeting (NBC 552-2014).
 With the change of leadership in 2018, strategic planning was for the University
was conducted and in April 2019, a new strategic plan was crafted.
