                   DPIM Chairperson             1.  Spearheads  and  facilitates  strategic  planning,  and
                                                operational planning activities

                   DPIM Secretary               1. Note minutes of meetings and keep records

                   Finance Chairperson          1.  Assists  the  planning  unit  in  the  organizing,  directing
                                                and controlling the financial activities of the campus
                                                2. Gives advice of financial matters
                   Service       Department  1.  Provides  data  beneficial  to  the  planning  for  the
                   Chairpersons                 improvement of the campus services
                                                2. Perform and report accomplishment of the targets in
                                                the OPCR
                   College Deans                1.  Determine  needs  of  the  college  and  coordinate  to
                                                DPIM for proper planning and appropriate action

                                                accomplishment of the OPCR targets
