 The process of reviewing and updating the Strategic Development Plan.

The crafted Strategic Development Plan was for 2014-2017. In 2015. A mid-plan
review was conducted in 2015 to assess and update the University’s Strategic
Development Plan. This is also to accommodate important updates such as
Gender and Development mainstreaming initiatives (RA 9710, CMO No. 1,
s.2015), and to integrate in the planning framework of the University the
elements of performance-informed budgeting (NBC 552, s. 2014) to ensure that
performance is aligned to the budget priorities of the government. With the
change of leadership in 2018, strategic planning for the University was
conducted and in April 2019, a new strategic plan was crafted.
