Memorandum Order No. 14A-2020 is an instruction to set IPCR and OPCR target for
2020.

Memorandum Order No. 14A-2020 provides for the Revised Performance
Management FY 2020 and the Use of Updated Table of Reference (TOR) for OPCR
Targets of Delivery and Service Units.

Memorandum Order No. 70-2018 provides for the Updated System Ranking and
Principle Rating of Delivery units Schedule

Memorandum Order No. 71-2018 provides for Renewal/Submission of 2018 OPCR
and IPCR Target.

Office Order No. 8-2015 of the Office of the University President initially provides the
guidelines for the implementation of the University SPMS and timeline thereof.

Office Order No. 17-2015 also provides an addendum to the University SPMS
Manual.
