The DSSD chairperson conducted orientation and briefing to the Student

                   Services Personnel to identify the different goals and objectives of the DSSD.



                       The coordinators of the different sections of the DSSD tailored action plans


                   to be implemented during the  school year.  The construction of the Action

                   Plans was properly designed by the coordinators, staff and the officers of the


                   corresponding organization of the different sections of DSSD.


                       To disseminate the guidelines, policies and regulations of the university,


                   the DSSD chairperson spearheaded the General Orientation Program which

                   is initiated by the Guidance Counselor.



                       The sections of DSSD properly designed the programs and activities to

                   develop the skills and abilities of the students related to their field of interest.



               4. BEST PRACTICES

                  FROM THE OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STUDENTS SERVICES AND
                                                DEVELOPMENT (DSSD)

                       To  ensure  the  benefits  and  welfare  of  the  students  the

               Department  of  Students  Services  and  Development  initiated  the
               following:



               1.  Conducted  regular  meeting  and  active  participation  of  the
               faculty and staff to address the needs of the students;


               2.  Directed  General  Orientation  within  the  campus  annually
               spearheaded  by  the  Department  of  Students  Services  and
               Development;

               3.  Commenced  buzz  sessions  among  the  chairpersons  of  every

               college to identify the felt needs of the students;

               4. Conducted meetings among the assigned heads of the different
               sections to cater the needs of the students and address the common
               problems arise from the students;

               5. Instigated different activities per organizations to develop the

               students holistically;

               6. Prepared action plans per section to foresee the problems and
               evaluate success indicators of the sections;
