7. Conducted fishbowl discussions among the club officers to
address problems and come up with solutions to certain problems;
8. To easily address the problems and request of the students, the
campus utilized the Citizen’s Charter;
9. Formulated or organized members of the grievance committee
to solve problems among students and faculty;
10. Instructed the students to follow the procedure in admission,
dropping, changing and adding courses, completion of grades and
securing permit and special permit for examination to avoid delay of
the transactions; and
11. Immediately addressed the violations related to the discipline
and code of conduct among the students.
A. GUIDANCE AND COUSELLING SECTION
1. Counselling of students with cases/problems when needed
2. Issuance of Good Moral Character Certificate to requesting student/graduate
3. Gather relevant information about the students through personal data
inventory and interview

7. Regular conduct of the Career the Career Job Placement Seminar of
graduating students
8. Regular conduct of terminal interview survey for graduating students
10. Regular monitoring & implementation of program of the tripartite
partnership of IFSU, PLGU and LGU Population Sustainable Development Office
in addressing youth issues and concerns of our students.
B. SCHOLARSHIP AND FINACIAL ASSISTANCE SECTION
1. Preparation/Evaluation of General Weighted Average (GWA) for the
retention of scholars/grantees;
2. Facilitate application of scholarships/grants;
3. Prepare regular reports to CHED and other Sponsors;
4. Prepare Statement of Billing of Scholars/grantees;
5. Facilitate meetings and orientation of scholars/grantees;
6. Prepare communications related to meetings and other activities of
scholarship;
