                 SUMMARY OF THE STRENGTHS, AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT AND
                                    RECOMMENDATION LAST SURVEY VISIT



               STRENGTHS

                   1.  The Student Services Program provides an avenue for the development of


                       various interests and capabilities of students.

                   2.  The various student services which are either availed often or always are


                       rated  as  often  satisfied  or  very  much  satisfied  and  with  best  or  better

                       satisfaction level.


                   3.  There are various scholarship program in the university for undergraduate

                       students where more than 50% of the students are recipients.


                   4.  Counseling  and  testing  center  are  provided  in  the  guidance  office  to

                       accommodate at least 10 students per batch, and the Guidance office is


                       headed by a competent and licensed guidance counselor.

                   5.  A scholarship coordinator was designated to handle the concerns of the


                       scholars of the university.

                   6.  There is an increasing trend of passers in the Forester Board Exams.



               AREA NEEDING IMPROVEMENT



                   1.  Tracer study was conducted but the important information was limited in

                       some variables.


                   2.  Health services section has one physician and one dentist that serve two

                       campuses  and one fulltime nurse that leaves/closes the office at noon


                       time .

                   3.  Alumni directory is not updated yearly.
