from the top management of the University. This may also an outcome of “show as more and we support
you more.” For as long as there is funds for a particular library project and program, it is always approved.
Fiduciary funds may not be enough but there is always a supplemental budget or sometimes external funds
for the purpose. The construction of the 3 storey library building addressed the problem of limited space
of the library amounting to 15 million.

library line agencies and organizations is practiced.
