In March 2016, ICILMS was updated with more powerful features, computerizing library operation
and services. It has now the following modules: Cataloguing, OPAC, Circulation, Inventory, Report
Generation, and Bar coding. Two terminal units are provided for OPAC use.

Circulation of all resources can easily be monitored
through the Circulation Module of the library system. It also
provides up-to-date records of books borrowed and returned by
the clientele.

The Inventory module reduces almost 70% of time spent
in doing inventory manually.

The Computerized Periodical Index system fast tracks
the indexing of the periodical collections and also the search and
retrieval of information.

The Internet Usage Monitoring System provides a
systematic control and management of the Internet Library.

 ACCESS TO ELECTRONIC COLLECTIONS(e.g. books, e-
journals, internet access)

Electronic resources are accessible through the provision
of hardware equipment like computer units, LCD projector and
stereo. Internet access in the library is FREE and library premise
is a WIFI zone. Refereed E-journals is also accessible at the
sciencedirect.com. This database is provided by the Philippine e-
library.

STARBOOKS is a database containing digitized collection on the field of
science and technology accessible at the STARBOOK Kiosks and internet
Library.
