NEW PROGRAM! The Leesburg Recreation Department is offering indoor, open play, pickleball every Tu & Th from 10:30am-
12:00pm at the Leesburg Recreation Complex (City Gym).

Annual Holiday Baseball/Softball Clinic

5th Annual Leesburg Recreation Department Holiday Baseball/Softball Clinic

The Leesburg Recreation, in conjunction with the Lake Sumter State College and Leesburg
High School baseball coaches and players, are conducting the 5 annual Leesburg

Recreation Department holiday baseball/softball clinic. The clinicians for this two day clinic
are coaches, players, and former player from LSSC and LHS. The sessions in this clinic are
developed for all levels of ability. The clinic also serves as the kick off to the 2020 spring
baseball/softball signups. Check in for the clinic begin at 8:30 am Thursday the 26 , clinic

will run from 9am-12pm Thursday and Friday December 26 &27.

Soccer Camp

Recreation Soccer Camp:

Leesburg Recreation Soccer camp- July 15th-19th. 9am-12pm. $50 per person. Lunch will be provided on Friday.

Adopt-A-Bench Program

Adopt-A-Bench

Are you searching for an unusual gift for someone special, a one-of-a-kind way to recognize a friend, or a unique way to
memorialize a loved one? Consider adopting a park bench! Leesburg Recreation Department “Adopt-A-Bench” program provides
benches to be installed throughout City parks and recreation facilities. Residents, businesses, and organizations are invited to
“Adopt-A-Bench” for placement in specific locations or can suggest a location
subject to approval by the Recreation Department. The bench can be inscribed
with the donor's name or dedication. By adopting a bench, you will help endow our
Recreation Scholarship Program. Cost is $1000 for an existing bench and $1500 for
a new bench. The City of Leesburg provides thousands of children in our
community with a variety of recreational programs each year. Call Brian

NEW PROGRAM! Get creative and Create ART on the 4th Wednesday of the month during school months, from 3 to 5pm at the
Leesburg Recreation Complex (City Gym). The Leesburg Center for the Arts will lead participants in art related projects. Learn fun
facts about famous artists and the how to in art techniques while creating your very own piece of art.
