Report 15 BACK TO NORMAL? NOT ENTIRELY By this this time this this year I’m sure we all thought things would be pretty much back to normal It’s unfortunate that’s not the case But that hasn’t stopped OPTA from continuing to to march forward designing and and tweaking programs events and and offerings The continuation of of COVID forced us us to rethink our business model in in in in many areas one of of which is conference conference There are many interpretations of a a a a a “hybrid” conference conference model all with some element of of virtual and in-person in-person offerings Our hybrid plan for the near future includes an an an in-person in-person spring conference conference (Transform) and a a a a a virtual fall conference conference (LEAP) We believe this model will serve us well in in the short term term as we we continue to strategically evaluate our long-term options OPTA continues to to expand into a a a leadership development powerhouse Our L I F E Series Leadership Academy will be welcoming the third cohort this fall and we we are developing new avenues for our our members to to to be be at the the the top of their game Take your career to to to the the the next level with OPTA This also involves restructuring/expanding staff for organizational growth The combination of expanding our our mentorship program and and enhancing our our ancillary leadership opportunities is sure to to solidify OPTA as a a a a a one-stop shop for career advancement!
If you haven’t heard OPTA will be relocating in in in the near future! Look for exciting news on our new new digs in in in an upcoming newsletter Just one more way we continue to look at the long-term health and viability of of the business model of of an an an incredibly robust organization!
