If the team understands, not least through the mediation of the
leadership, that diversity with simultaneous fit is decisive for the
effective fulfillment of the team tasks, it is possible to work together
in mutual recognition and respect. The result: in the matching team,
the individual personality types develop more understanding and
tolerance for each other. Especially types who are opposite to each
other on the wheel, i.e. who prefer very different behavioral styles,
learn to appreciate each other's strengths. Types who are in between
can mediate and contribute to mutual understanding.
