Transformational companies
Collaboration: We work together to realize visions, to move
forward. We organize ourselves better, learn to lead better, to
assemble teams more skillfully, to manage more cleverly, and to think
together; we focus more on the potential of the individual, use
individual competencies, develop swarm intelligence, and work
together to achieve improvements for all: better care, better products,
better processes, better results, better lives.
Companies are under pressure to transform, just as
people are
And these three gifts are all the more effective in corporate life. I write
"corporate life" because, in my opinion, a company should be viewed
like a living organism: a system of people working together who have
set themselves corporate goals and a set of rules to achieve them. In
these times, the corporate system, i.e. entrepreneurs, employees and
executives, are under extreme pressure to adapt to current changes
and to position themselves for future tasks and challenges. In order
to withstand this transformation pressure, people need a future
mindset, the right attitudes and behaviors as well as competencies,
skills and character strengths. And this also applies to the company
as a whole in order to remain competitive as a transformational
company.
