P. 28
Part I:
Pandemics, supply chain problems, energy (price) crises, shortages
of raw materials, war in Europe, aggressive autocrats everywhere,
recession, inflation, shortages of specialists and managers -
companies (too) have entered the age of crises. And this is not likely
to change fundamentally in the next few years; in fact, it is likely to
intensify. The greatest challenge is and will remain the shortage of
skilled workers and employees, which will increase in the coming
years. Companies are facing and undergoing painful development
and change processes and are looking for possible solutions. Where
do you stand with your company? Which of the crises are currently
causing you the biggest headaches?
The crises, especially the shortage of skilled workers and
labor, can only be managed and solved with matching.
BecauseMatching helps as many people as possible to find
their calling in theirtheir vocation in their profession and
are thus resilient and ready and capable of change to do
their best for their company.
It's a match: what companies really need
If the permanent crises (n) show one thing, it is this: A sworn team, a
company as a whole, achieves more than the quality and
competencies of the individual people would suggest. When people
pull together, they can overcome the most daunting challenges. And
this works best when, on the one hand, people and the company fit
together, i.e. when people develop their personalities in the company
and at work, use their skills and feel comfortable in the company
because they can live their values and emotions there. And if, on the
other hand, the different personalities, competencies and values of
the people complement each other.
