                                  "Great  leaders and  employees - urgently and  desperately
                               needed!"  The call goes out everywhere. Why  is  that? My
                               experience is: Because only those companies are successful whose
                               managers and employees are motivated and committed  to
                               achieving  the company's goals and  serving  their customers.
                               Because  long-term and sustainable entrepreneurial success is
                               never - or at least rarely - the result of lone wolves, but rather the
                               result  of  the  excellent  work of people who complement  and
                               harmonize with each other. Please note:  The best  and  most
                               effective personnel development is personnel selection. Only those
                               who recruit the right - and suitable! - Only those who recruit the
                               right - and suitable! - executives and employees have the chance
                               to permanently set the following chain of success in motion without
                               a break:

                                  •   Outstanding managers - Enthusiastic employees - Satisfied
                                     customers - Successful companies

                               One follows from the other, the four points are connected. But a fifth
                               point is added.


                               Build crisis management skills

                               I have addressed the various trouble spots: The crisis will become
                               the normal mode in the markets - and that drains companies and
                               people and challenges them to the point of overload. People and
                               companies are in burnout or on the verge of it. This makes it all the
                               more important for people to work in the same direction in order to
                               achieve goals together and be successful. A topperformance gives
                               the greatest pleasure when it is achieved together and in the group
