Personality, Competencies, Wellbeing

The differences between a company's and a team's performance are
predictable and can be anticipated. In my experience, the
performance of a company or a team increases when it is made up of
different personalities with different competencies and strengths.
Values do not have to come from one source either, but there should
be a common value base. Overall:

Strength comes from difference and diversity, if the fit, if
                                the matching is right.

The foundations for matching are laid in recruiting. If you succeed
from the start in finding and retaining the managers and employees
who fit the company and the people who work for it, the likelihood of
a strong and resilient company increases. Take your time in the
process to be sure you find the right fit. Brian Tracy once said to me:

"Hire fast and you'll regret it slow!"

The main thing here is to take into account "the person in the
employee". It is not enough to find the best employee for the vacant
position. The person and the position must fit together like a puzzle
                              - the employee should be able to define the position as an
opportunity to make optimal use not only of his or her professional
skills, but also of his or her social and emotional skills, his or her
personality and his or her values: "Here I am a human being, here
I am allowed to be!" (Johann Wolfang
