It simply has to fit - in the personality match, the competence match,
and the well-being match. This sets the framework for this book:
The three aspects of personality, competencies and wellbeing
(through value congruence) are at the center of a matching
plan that helps you to overcome crises and other challenges
to overcome.
In this book, you will learn about tools such as INSIGHTS MDI by
SCHEELEN®, OutMatch ASSESS by SCHEELEN® and RELIEF
Stress Pre- vention by SCHEELEN®, which can be used to
establish a match and develop you into someone with high and
pronounced matching competence. Personality diagnostic tools,
competence diagnostic tools and methods for health and stress
prevention support you in ensuring that your company, the managers
and the employees match each other, complement each other in
human terms as well as in knowledge and skills, look in the same
direction in a goal-oriented manner and harmonize with each other.
As a sworn matching team, the managers and the employees
develop resistance forces that enable a significantly high level of
resilience.
Does this mean that the personalities, characters, skills and
values have to be identical or similar? No, quite the opposite. One-
dimensionality and homogeneity almost always lead to sterility, to
boredom, to uniformity. It is more effective if variety and diversity
are the trump card and people are not all cut from the same cloth.
