conflict continues. At least as long as the disputants and conflict
parties act factually and constructively. Then dissent can be the
basis for excellent problem solving because the people involved
have common ground.
Outstanding leadership that knows how to inspire employees
so that managers and employees want to work together to increase
customer satisfaction leads to successful companies that build
resilience and crisis management skills. And this brings us to the
fifth point (mentioned above):
Outstanding Managers - Enthusiastic Employees - Satisfied
customers - Successful companies – Higher Crisis
management skills
Mindshift and the human megatrend
The crises can only be overcome in the group, in the team, in the
community, in short: as a company as a whole - with the right
attitude, the right conviction, the right mindset, the right mindshift.
By mindshift I mean - following and extending the mindshift
concept of Svenja Hofert (2019) - a changed consciousness
through which change is made possible. Constant adaptation and
change are a key element to master the crises with the help of
growing crisis management skills. And the carriers and guardians of
change - are the people whose personalities, competencies and
mentalities fit together.
More than ten years ago, I proclaimed the "Megatrend
Mensch®" to be the guiding principle of my holistic management
consulting, which is concerned with the development of all human
potentials. That's why I trademarked the term at the time.
