                              One of my presentations was entitled "Megatrend Mensch®".  The
                              description said: "In the future, people will be the key to corporate
                              success: products will become more  interchangeable, employees
                              with  their unique skills  (competencies),  ideas and emotions an
                              increasingly important success factor. How to lead your company
                              into the future with the right employees is described by Frank M.
                              Scheelen in his inspiring presentation." Modern recruiting based on
                              matching, which enables  change  with  the  help of a  changed
                              consciousness, builds resilience and leads to "corporate excellence",
                              is in the tradition  of the  "human  megatrend".  My  current
                              presentation on "Corporate Excellence" is the logical and consistent
                              continuation of the earlier approach.
                                 On what does the success of your company depend in the future?
                              On your products, your services,  the  innovations,  the  optimized
                              development  and  production processes? Yes,  that  too. But it will
                              certainly not  work without motivated  and loyal managers and
                              employees who are fully committed to achieving the company's goals
                              and their own goals out of inner conviction.

                                Advancing people in the company means advancing the
                                company, especially in times of crisis.

                              Make sure that people  feel well  taken care of  at their  workplaces,
                              where they can contribute, develop, and evolve their personalities,
                              competencies, and values. And  the way  to achieve  this goal is
                              called Matching!  Because with Matching you will  achieve high

                              company. That's exactly what this  book  wants to  do:  show you a
