                 • Analyzes exactly what the customer needs and listens
                    to him carefully
                 • Provides compelling and consistent presentation
                 • Warm and sincere conclusion
                 • Thorough and good follow-up


                 Weaknesses:

                 • Tenses up in unfamiliar surroundings and
                    appears strained and strained
                 • Sometimes his personal values come too
                    clearly into the foreground.
                 • Presentations sometimes lack enthusiasm and flair
                    because he feels insecure
                 • Avoids uncomfortable situations and does not want to
                    hurt customers

               field.
