                     •  Preparation is often inadequate

                     •  Can be too impulsive and may come across as unrealistic
                     •  Limited listening skills

                     •  The topic area is not completed before moving on to the
                        next one
                     •  Seems to exaggerate

                     •  Too little patience to clarify details calmly
                     •  Loses interest quickly when everyday work begins

                     •  Trusts too much that the customer will buy “because
                        they like me!”
