           The “Fiery Red,” High D Primary Style

           Individuals with a high D primary style are highly goal-driven and
           focused on achieving results. Known for their confidence and deci-
           siveness, they exude authority and are often seen as experts in their
           fields. They are action-oriented and quick to make decisions, and
           they may push others to keep pace, occasionally coming off as asser-

           tive or autocratic. They tend to be self-critical, striving for control
           and precision in everything they do.

           Such individuals might sometimes be perceived as aggressive due to
           their impatience and direct approach. They may dominate discus-
           sions or challenge colleagues to keep the upper hand in professional
